how to measure wrist size
Please prepare a tape measure to measure your wrist size.
With your hand slightly open and relaxed, wrap the measuring tape around the wrist where you wear the watch and measure your wrist size.
Be careful not to wrap it too tightly or leave a gap between your wrist and the tape measure.
Regarding band adjustment of the purchased watch
- If you order a metal band model, band adjustment is available at the time of ordering. Please check your wrist size with the above "How to measure your wrist size" and specify the size.
- Regarding the readjustment of the band size of the delivered watch, if you bring it to Grand Seiko Boutique Ginza or Ginza Wako Main Building, we will readjust it free of charge. In that case, please bring the warranty card as well.
- Band size adjustments are also available at stores nationwide that carry Grand Seiko. However, in that case, a separate band adjustment fee (charged) will be charged. Please check the "Store Locator" for Grand Seiko dealers nationwide.
